Your WhatsApp phone number is required to use the service. It is used to identify your account and deliver messages.

2.3 Voice Notes
Voice notes are transcribed to extract invoice details and are not stored. Audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately after transcription.
2.4 Invoice Data
Client names, addresses, services provided, pricing, and VAT amounts that you dictate via voice notes or text messages.
3. How We Process Your Data
Your data is processed by the following services:
- Cloudflare Workers (EU): Application logic and request handling
- Mistral AI: Voice note transcription and data extraction
- Twilio: WhatsApp Business API for message delivery
- Resend: Invoice delivery via email to your clients
- Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing
4. Data Storage
All persistent data is stored within the EU using:
- Cloudflare KV (EU region): Account data, business details, client information
- Cloudflare R2 (EU): Generated invoice PDFs and business logos
We do not store data outside the European Union.
5. Data Retention
- Voice notes: Not stored (processed and discarded immediately)
- Account and invoice data: Kept while your account is active
- After cancellation: Deleted on request
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by sending "delete my data" in WhatsApp.
